Chichester Hall is a public hall situated at 70 Sandgate High Street in the coastal village of Sandgate, located between Folkestone and Hythe in Kent. The hall was built as a lasting memorial to Lilla (Elizabeth Mary), Countess of Chichester — the widow of the 4th Earl of Chichester and a much-loved figure in the local community, known for her charitable works and support of local organisations during her long widowhood at Enbrook, Sandgate. Following her death on 7 December 1911, residents raised funds through public subscription to build a hall in her memory.

The foundation stone was laid on 15 December 1913 by Sir Squire Bancroft, and the completed building was formally opened on Wednesday, 10 June 1914 by the Dowager Countess of Guilford, with an afternoon concert and evening entertainment. The hall was conceived from the outset as a community facility — a large room, in the words of the building committee chairman, "where they could have evening entertainments."

The hall occupies the upper floor of the building; its lower ground floor is occupied by the Sandgate Members Club (formerly the Sandgate Men's Club), which has been based there since the building's early years.
