The Tower Theatre is managed by The Folkestone-Hythe Operatic and Dramatic Society CIO (FHODS), an independent charitable incorporated organisation. FHODS is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees, known as the Executive Committee, who are responsible for the governance and strategic management of the charity.

About the Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is a voluntary board whose members serve as trustees of the charitable incorporated organisation. They are responsible for setting the strategic direction of FHODS, overseeing the operation of The Tower Theatre, and ensuring the society fulfils its charitable objectives.

Membership of the Executive Committee is open to FHODS members. Elections are held at the Annual General Meeting.
