This thoroughly charming and slyly sweet one-woman play is an idiosyncratic journey of self-discovery involving the Romanian mob, a Buddhist rainstorm, a teenage daughter, shoes and a few very bad dates.

The action takes place in the bedroom of Hayley's apartment in New York City.

From the The Director

I fell in love with Bad Dates and Hayley the first time I read the script. Watching Emmie breathe life into Hayley has been very special and they are each brave and remarkable women, and I am honoured to have worked with them both. Well, OK Emmie did the work, Heyley made me laugh and cry, I made the coffee. I hope they bring you as much joy as they have me. Enjoy the show.
